Just finished BOLC today and my time here has been nothing but amazing. Staff went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. 3rd floor housekeeping staff has done an amazing job the past 4 months. I cannot thank you all enough for everything.
This is probably the biggest IHG hotel i have stayed in. 7 total floors with massive left and right wings. Plenty of parking spaces. If you are coming here for PME, it is located conveniently next to the ASU building, so it is roughly a 5 minute walk.
You have to clear a military security checkpoint to stay at this hotel. This hotel is physically on the army base. Both front desk clerks were very nice - it would have been extremely helpful if the security checkpoint was mentioned when I called to ask if you had to be active duty to stay there. We’re obviously civilians not local to the area. After calling multiple times, lost and unable to find an entry point late at night we were turned away. Leaving this review to hopefully help someone find a place to stay after a long day on the road. Lesson learned about staying on base, we will never attempt again.
I stayed for 3 nights for my daughters AIT graduation so it was a perfect location. My daughter enjoyed her visit as well. Friendly staff- All went over and beyond, my room was spotless and comfy- I slept with no problem and I enjoyed the breakfast- many options. I would definitely visit again.
Been having a great experience. All the staff members have been so kind and accommodating that I had to shine light on the great customer service and hospitality my wife and I received. I had a little hiccup that was completely out of the staffs control and Merrisa went above and beyond for it to be resolved. I told her this wasn’t anyone’s fault, but she reassured that she wanted my wife and I to enjoy ourselves here and thanked me for my service as a service member and it really made my day. Keep up the great work !
I came down to visit my handsome and was able to spend more time than planned. I needed to look for a hotel, and IHG on post had availability on such short notice; I was able to check in early, too, which helped. This hotel is so lovely inside and out. It even had a stovetop and sink, too, which is nice to know for next time. For heads, finding parking after 1600-1700 can be tricky; the parking lot gets filled fast. Also, the lovely lady at the front desk did mention that once I know when I'm coming down again to try to book early because of graduations and holidays, they fill up fast. Everything was damn near perfect. I will sure be coming back soon.
Stayed at this hotel with daughter after she got a weekend pass before reporting for AIT, it’s located on the army base the outside of the building looks old but it’s nice and very clean inside it’s very spacious it has microwave, refrigerator, sofa bed and stovetop. The staff customer service is AMAZING you can also use all the amenities at the Holiday Inn Express (located on the army base also) that the Mackintosh don’t have,they also have free breakfast it’s not a big selection but it’s a good food selection I can’t say anything bad about this hotel I will definitely stayed at this hotel again !!!!!!
Told them the coffe pot fid not work nothing was done; bet it still is not replaced
